DescriptionThis build is meant to be most useful in long range engagements with battleships, giving you around 19.5 km range when within allies' effective zone. AP reccomended against BB broadsides. Salvos of around 4-5k ea/w AP should be expected outside of 15km, within 9km that'll jump to 5-9k (mostly on lightly armored BBs such as Scharnhorst, N.Carolina, and Florida) the HE is good on it's own, so the focus comes down to the rudder and AP so you can pack a punch and utilize your tight, quick turning rudder to evade BB salvos.
