DescriptionThis build tactic utilities "Go all out" skill as smoke replacement. Engine boost is your "engaging mode" - you are becoming more stealthy and faster for 2 minutes - that's when you shine the most! You are like a PacMan on cherries 🍒 Pros: -Largest HP pool of all V tier DDs -5 large, quick loading guns -Agile concealment (6.3km -Engine Boost->5.1km) -Reload booster a.k.a. "DD shredder" -11.2km range of your raining hell -low visibility, hard-hitting torps Cons: -no smoke (you will use smoke of killed enemies 😎) -high visibility from air (so use AA cover of your teammates at the begging of match if facing smart CV player) -AA equipment barely scares seagulls -below average turrets rotation -your big balls makes you easier to be hit by enemy's cruisers Your duties are as follows: 1. Get rid of enemy DDs 2. Cap zones 3. Crowd control BBs /set BBs on fire 4. Go for CV Now, how to deal with every point? Using your tools! What tools? Let me explain: 1. Reload booster - this is DDs shredder. With this you destroy DDs in 10-15 seconds. Just make every shot count, and don't use it if enemy is far or is going to disappear behind a obstacle. Usually if enemy pops smoke, he will be still visible for enough time to shred him before he stops in his own smoke. (send some torps in there anyway 😉). 2. Engine boost - oh Boi, that's your invisibility cloak. It reduces your visibility down to 5.1km which is like IJN torpboats. It have at least 2 use cases: 2a) After you get spotted by enemy DD, they usually shot at you and pop their smoke. If you use engine boost, you will instantly dissapear (don't shot back yet) . Then you pop your torps at them and push on their position. Just don't do this if enemy DD has cruiser support and you don't. Then, just disengage or you will get destroyed.. 2b) Use it to get closer to enemy's BBs and pop torps from close range. Or to sneak past them! 2c) Getting focused by enemy's cruisers? Pop booster to instantly disappear and use your increased speed to get out of fight. Just don't shot back and extinguish your fires after getting past your 6.3km from enemies (fires still makes you visible from ~10km) 3. Torps. Forget about them. At least don't try hard to be a torp boat. Use them to scare of enemy BBs or punish them if they play aggressively. Like somebody said wisely on WoWs reddit - you are the shepard, and they are your sheeps. Make them go when you want them to. Use torps to remind who's boos to enemies hidden in smoke. 4. Guns (+rather be torching) - this is how you deal with BBs after you sent enemy's DDs to rest. Find a island and keep firing, or fire from >9km. You are hard to hit, and BBs won't bother to shot back at you. And if they do, your hp pool lets you take a few shots so be cool 😎. Light them on fire and disappear after 14second thanks to your main trait! P.S. - Watch enemy's turrets to know if you pissed them enough to target you. If you did, stop shooting, wait until they rotate turrets back and shot again. Make them fall in madness, unable to retaliate 😈) Well, that's mostly it. Final tips: 1. Be careful engaging GERMAN DDs - only them are a threat but you can outplay them anyway. Just don't fall for their smoke+radar(4km) combo. They also have, second after you, biggest hp pool and good guns. But your reload booster bring odds back to you! 2. Always try to use at least 4 of your 5 guns when using reload booster. You really need to squish all you can from that baby. Don't use it when shooting forward, only when shooting broadside. You don't have citadel, so be BOLD! Good luck, and fair seas ⚓
