DescriptionBudyonny is the best CL at the tier, even better than Nurnberg, for multiple reasons. First, she has great firepower thanks to boasting Chapy guns, with exact same penetration, fire chance and ballistics, and the best fire range of every cruiser at her tier; she also has great mobility, even though having a pretty big turning circle and a bad rudder, she is very fast with a 37.5 knots top speed with speed flag (36.4 without), she has great engine power too that allows her to accelerate very quickly, and especially with prop mod., that lets you reach full power in half of the time (20s) and because Budyonny has a whopping 130000hp, she obviously benefits a lot from that. Although she is very fragile, in fact you can get overmatched by even CAs, she is actually quite tanky, mostly thanks to a very thicc belt armor (for the tier and type of ship) and an overmatch-proof citadel deck, she can avoid big damage with ease at long range while kiting, her natural environment. In this build you'll get all those but with of course major upgrades as the commander will be equipped. Ship is even too strong I'd say, with refill station active you have literally tier VII-like firing range (18.8km) with 15% fire chance, 6.6s reload (lel) and overall absurd effectiveness in battles compared to other cruisers. Oh, wait, I forgot 8km radar...
