DescriptionIn this build we use the F2 torpedo upgrades to have 80kts torpedoes at 8.1km (Tanaka 14L3+). We use Bey to decrease our detectability so we can get closer to ships without being spotted, and AL Atago to reduce our torpedo detection by 200m. The idea behind this build is that the speed and concealment of your torpedoes are extremely hard to evade. If contesting a cap you can use your speed (Unstoppable) and evasion (Steering Gears) to keep enemy DD's spotted while your cruisers make short work of them. These two perks also help you maneuver around battleships and cruisers to line up torpedo shots. Additionally, Unstoppable still lets you still maneuver if you do get spotted and your engine/rudder gets damaged.
