DescriptionWith Mikawa and concealment mod 1 you can stealth radar and become the terror of those pesky little destroyers. (This site incorrectly calculates 12.1 concealment but that's not true, I have it at 11.6 and Mikawa is not even fully maxed) When not hunting DDs, just farm other enemy ships from distance or from behind cover, because if you get hit, you'll return to port in no time. Al Scharhorst as inspiration works better for me, but if you don't have her, Norman Scott is a good choice as well. (Or any other commander at high level that improves cruiser's accuracy, HE damage, range, ROF or speed. Don't bother with rudder, you'll still handle like a brick)
