Description(If you have it, use Epic Main Battery Mod. 3) This is a build specifically designed to take advantage of the AL Chapayev commander, as you can rip apart destroyers, cruisers and potentially battleships if used correctly. Use AP when given the opportunity (broadside light cruisers and heavy cruisers), other than that, use the HE as you are going to destroy modules and chunk the enemy to death. (Feel free to change out Kuznetsov for another cruiser dpm based commander, but if you want the range and dpm keep them both)
