DescriptionThis Normandie build is a monster when correctly used. The speed can be used to flank other battleships while they hit the slower ships directly ahead of them, creating nice broadside shots. After farming dev strikes on your flank, you can quickly rush and capture/ defend the middle, winning the battle. Note: meglomania can be swapped for marksmanship and Fraser can be swapped for cunningham. I will make a sniper build btw.
