The extra perk for using a Cruiser skill is fully packed, extra damge control (needed with having limited uses) and extra repair party which goes hand in hand woth Justinian. Smoke up to help push or to helo disengage. Hunt DDs/defend from torps. Can literally do everything except launch planes 😅 Highly agile as well.
