DescriptionWith the fully packed legendary skill you get an extra smoke/radar which is helpful. Norman Scott helps with your dispersion a bit and Yamamoto helps you get better pens with your AP shells. Since the turret turn speed on the Mino is fast, we can trade it out for a slightly faster reload. Assuming you are going to need to kite in the Mino sometimes, the slightly better rudder shift time is good. Concealment mod is good if you run smoke generator and it also increases the incoming fire dispersion slightly, which is helpful.
