DescriptionThis build is probably not optomised but it is very fun especially in ranked. Gowron gives great damage reduction when your secondaries are firing (and when he stares into your soul!) So we buff our secondary range, get within 7km for that tastey Sword of Kahless dmg buff, and stick near an allied DD or other Cruiser for By the Book's 20% Dmg reduction. With everything active we should have: You're Welcome to Try - 12% Fortified - 4% (Sponge gives another 6% but i really like Punch Through) By the Book - 20% Luigi Sansonetti - 6% Which gives you a delightful -42% damage reduction (48% with sponge equipped) While also having +10% dmg from Sword of Kahless and another 10% on your AP with punch through
