DescriptionUse the incredible DPM with this build to open water gunboat at a distance, eliminate planes, and stealth radar destroyers which you can chase down during the 20 seconds using an engine boost. Your torpedo range and speed allows you to stay further back and still make good use of them. (Note, the third Swirsky Skill should be reaching out, not thousand cuts. This would instead improve range by 8% and buff reload by only 3%. Multiply DPM figures by 0.9537 to get the real DPM numbers)
