the better Alaska

some of you,(well, all of you I think), are using cruisers commanders, especially Scott or Einstein for who has him, but in this build you will have far, far better dispersion(marksman ship works with all classes) a little extra fire resistance, good turret traverse and good range. I personally tried this build out, and it works better than with standard cruiser commanders! I was quite surprised, but not that much considering that Alaska is overall a mini Iowa :)
