Kidd MEME build

Not the most optimal build, but damn is it hilarious to play. Kidd is the only DD with 2 charges of heals in the game (as of now). With Rank 16 Willis Lee/ Optimus prime, you can increase the number of heals to a massive 4 charges. This means that the Kidd can effectively have an additional 9k health, which allows you to play super aggressive dude to your enormous sustain. You do give up a bit of DPM, concealment and Twist 'n' Track, but do you honestly care if your DD can have up to 28k health?
