This build is to boost the Roma’s ability to penetrate battleships armour, and at more angles, I would recommend HE for cruiser, or aim for the upper armour belt. The shell switch will assist in a quick change for this.

The guns hit best at 9-12kms so brawler skill is the way to go, enjoy!
