Right same as the Khaba build I was Originally Doing a Violette build but then thought hey Kleber has Reload boosters the heck am I doing. And so you have this. Would have gone with the rudder shift slot on Violette's 4th skill slot but the range seemed more needed with all the other rudder shift buffs. The Legendary skill slot is the main part to get the extra Reload Booster.
