Belfast is a Heavy Cruiser /s

My idea for the Albemarle. Steering Gears mod 1 + Full Speed Ahead mimic an agility build well enough to retain a ton of stealth with Mikawa and Concealment mod. Allows you to dodge shots at range and reposition and dictate when you want to engage. First row of skills is a toss up and fully up to preference. With a 20s base turret traverse Ingenious is nice but far from necessary so beyond range is the preferred pick. After full speed ahead you get marginally more speed than Fraiser and slightly better rudder. More of a build to free up Fraiser for the CLs.
