Rudder focused build, helps for dodging ranged fire as well as gives you good use of a frontal attack as you can wobble fire without opening up your broadside and presenting a bigger target. Concealment isn’t amazing but you have your radar if needed. I found that standard build is good in a division but this gives Orkan a different playstyle as you can also lob shells in at range while dodging easily.

An "M"-class destroyer built for the Royal Navy, but transferred to the Polish Navy shortly after being commissioned. Despite similarities with Lightning-class ships, Orkan boasted stronger AA defenses which were reinforced at the cost of a reduced number of torpedo tubes.
