Tanking BBs

You can bully anything in Hawkins, because you have better armor than Conqueror, but while you're angled, do not expose broadside(only to me ;) on top of that, you have heals, torps and punchy guns that can overmatch other cruisers while when you're bow tanking you can ricochets BBs' shells. Unfortunately the guns aren't accured because of the turret layout and the firing angles, Kirov has for example more guns, very angled broadside and faster shells that penetrates more, but it doesn't have armor unlike you = I put Cunningham for better dispersion, but if you want you can use the normal commanders
