You have such great guns that your shells can citadel every cruiser in the game under 6km, even Alaska at very close range. In this build you're going to have 2 MBRBs so you can outDPM 2 CLs in 1 match, and that's particularly easy to do thanks to great speed and french engine boosts, allowing for a quick escape if needed :)
