Kleber kleber kleber...what an overpowered ship...anyway, this build. Well this build focus heavily on main guns for 3 simple reasons: 1- Kleber is a very good gunboat 2- it has excellent stock torps, no need to further buff them 3- using guns is more fun than using torps. -all stats with epic flag and camo- You have an insane base speed of 48.4kts, pared with 2 engine boost charges that will boost your acceleration and speed by 20% (58.1kts); your guns are amazing, flat ballistics allowing for chill duels at range, great firing angles, great AP penetration, you can citadel Cleve at even 9km, hard hitting salvos and a decent range of 12.5km(meh, could have been more weegee). The only dowside is that the reload is long, 7s, but in this setup you achieve a respectable 5.8s; you also have stand or fall (AR), so when you lose hp the reload of your guns and torps will drastically decrease, even dropping to 4.6s when you have 1hp. SADLY WG MANAGES TO RUIN THINGS ONCE AGAIN, GIVING US ONLY 1 MBRB, WHEN FOR EXAMPLE A SHIP WITH 3 TIMES THE GUN CALIBER GETS 2. Farm BBs, kite and juke them with prop.mod+engine boost while you set them on fire, in fact Kleber has a pretty good fire starting ability (50,4% salvo fire chance), kill DDs at range where they can't hit you and melt cruisers with MBRB when they're broadside. When going at >40kts, DO NOT slow down, because this game is filled of potatoes who can't aim properly, so keep going straight; but anyway in case they aim correctly you have a +14.5% debuff, plenty of hp (25200) and you're a tiny smol destroyer. You have nice concealment of 5.9km and 8km fast french torps, 6 per side, that also reload in 77s; thus when you don't have enough health to openwater farm, you can easily torp things down. Overall Kleber is insanely strong and fun, being both a great torpedo boat when needed but more importantly a great gunboat, bested in this regard only by top tier soviet engineering (Khaba). Enjoy!
