Quintessential Albermarle

This build plays to the strengths of the ship: Used the equipment to boost the rudder shift on the ship, which also it to rotate better to use it's other one which is it's amazing side armor to bounce incoming shells. Used Bruce for his great compatibility, allows you to use burn it down & igniter in conjunction with it's already hard-hitting HE to destroy BBs that underestimate your damage, CLs that wants to box with you only to realize their errors later & quickly dispatch DDs. Used Graf Spee to turn her 3 great heals into now mini Conqueror levels of healing altogether with Mikawa for lower concealment to give you excellent survivability. Hell, I believe you can even stealth torp because of how well the concealment is altogether with a camo & Maxed level Mikawa. The range might be long enough with 10 km torps. This build should allow you to be able to maneuver in place in time before enemies push you out of island cover to use your torps, side armor, or whatever option you have that can guarantee you the kill. I opted not to increase the range on the ship any further than using that one equipment because further range means more opportunities to shot at. Sure, I can shoot further but that means that I can also be seen further in return, which doesn't help as this cruiser. Bruce also offers you options to turn it into a AA cruiser with the AA equipment & No-fly zone, can increase speed, maneuverability, accuracy or tankiness, better AP options but adding Yamamoto would upset the balance achieved with the other two inspirations imo. Extremely fun & helpful build for this great ship.
