Hard to hit, kiting prowess & Stealth Torps

I like this build the best for the Abruzzi. I find if i can survive long enough the damage over time often results in confederate and high caliber, the speed, rudder shift and concealment lets you maneuver around the map undetected, the long range torps, albeit slow can often catch most unsuspecting battleships out. The kiting play can be effective, fire chance is a little low but with, Mikawa & Lemonnier as inspiration you can quickly disengage back in to the shadows. This ships is fast and can chase and catch most destoryers, the quick reload makes short work of them. A great support cruiser.
