non-existent reaction time

this site doesn't work well, so I have to do the math in it stead :/ the reaction time of Gearing torps with this build is just non-existent, basically if the enemy doesn't predict them, it's a guaranteed devastating strike : torps speed 74 knots : torps detectability range 1 km : torps reaction time 5,2 seconds (!) Gearing speed is 38.5 knots with this build, the site is wrong if it says 34 or something like that
