Insane Gearing

Gearing with Gleaves is just too insane, it has the classic american gunboat characteristics, so very good to fight for caps at close ranges, but Gearing unlike other USN DDs has a slight focus on torps, and with Gleaves Gearing is turned in a godtier torpedo boat, and unlike Shima it will also shred other DDs that will spot her
