We want to focus on hunting and destroying enemy destroyers.

Commander:
Hotrod because he has the built-in perks to improve our radar, which is the best way to find destroyers.

Slot 1: Ingenious, as we want to know how many ships are aiming at us. The damage reduction is great as well.
Slot 2: Before it's too late, since we're dealing with destroyers and want to see their torpedoes as soon as possible.
Slot 3: Prescience, because it's nice to be harder to detect by air. And it's awesome to have a longer radar duration.
Slot 4: Acoustic Chamber, because we want to use our hydroacustic search as much as possible to mitigate damage.
Legendary: Fully Packed, because having one more of each consumable is perfect for us.

Inspirations:
Heihachiru Togo, because of the shorter consumable restoration time.
Francesco Mimbelli, because we want to shoot as much as possible, once we've detected a destroyer.
