In this build we specialize AP to effectively hunt other cruisers in hope to make short work with them by citadels. Einstein's inspiration brings your turret transverse speed down to 16.4 seconds while Punch Through stacked with Yamamoto's penetration help ensure against shatters. We add Scott to get our weapon grouping closer together with the many single turrets that Marblehead has. Full Speed ahead lowers your rudder shift in case you need to angle your fragile cruiser between shots or kite away. Between Full Speed Ahead and Einstein's turret transverse speed you should be able to take out destroyers just fine too.
