I was originally going with Trubes build for this and then realised that he had the slight smoke buff that every destroyer commander has which reminded me about Khaba heals. So a good few range buffs, but without the range mod. so that you can get more RPM. A little bit of fire chance and a little bit more of that SPEEEEEEEEEEEEED!
