Mostly investing in AP, 3k salvos into angling BBs is really nice. Also, if You see that Your AP are not performing the best, switch to HE, Your high chance to set on fire will allow You to annoy enemies. You can bow-tank <15' guns (<381mm), so don't worry to expose Yourself unless You face >16' guns (>406mm). You can use this build on Baltimore, Alaska

Designed after the treaty limitations had been lifted and built using the experience gained in World War II. Greater dimensions of the cruiser improved her survivability owing to a reinforced armor deck and enhanced protection for the propulsion. In addtion to the main battery guns, the ship received dual-purpose artillery mounts.
