Sling torpedoes every 42 seconds with a 9.5km range and a 1.2km torpedo detection. Max speed is 42kts without speed boost to position yourself against fleeing targets or escape radar cruisers. Using Bey to keep the detectability down at 5km, and Tanaka to make torpedo damage reduction only 35% instead of 40%. In this build you can fire another set of torpedoes before your target even sees the first set! (Note: Stats displayed in site is not correct at time of post)
