(If you don't have AL Baltimore use Norman Scott) I like this build because I can defend the carrier on my team and still have good range. If there isn't a carrier or you just don't want to defend it, you can still defend against air attacks and use your range to your advantage. If you want to go full AA you can but on the AA skill in the first slot. You can also use fully packed if you want extra consumables.

The first U.S Navy cruiser built under the limitations of the Washington Naval Treaty with powerful artillery but weak armor, which was a characteristic of such ships. The cruiser was armed with 203mm main guns, on the basis of which she was redesignated as a heavy cruiser soon after commisioning. However, the ship's armor actually corresponded to that of a light cruiser.
