Trying to make evil sparks less trash

Evil sparks it's trash, it really needs a rework, the best option in my opinion will be: 1.reducing the damage nerf by a half at least, for example at legend 1 now is -55%, then -25%, and at legend 2 -20%, etc., still a trade off, but way less 2.removing the damage nerf and putting a fire chance nerf like EoP, like nerfing by a considerable amount to be a trade off, like -3%at legend 1, -2.5% at legend 2, etc. These are only my thoughts, if you agree with me, put a nice like on the build, so I understand if some people share my opinion(I think so, this skill is not good at all)
