Stalingrad is really the better battleship: Tankiness? Oh boi, 65k hp, 50mm armor plates everywhere, icebreaker, surely not a cruiser right? Not a BB either though, because you have 30s fires duration (huge advantage) paired with cruiser DCP, so you are actually much more durable than a BB lol. You want firepower? This is the ship you're looking for, 3x3 305mm soviet guns that have: THE BEST ballistics in the entire game to lead targets with ease at even 21km, improved dispersion and 2.4 stock sigma (!), shells that penetrate like 406mm shells, have short fuse and improved penetration angles (55°-65°)! And you get 20s reload for all that, sounds unfair huh? Consumables? Not the best, but we got you covered: soviet radar, cruiser DCP and standard heals. The only downsides of this ship are concealment, lack of HE (not really a problem), huge size, shit agility, lack of sonar and a gigantic citadel (not a problem either if you angle). Ok, a lot of downsides, but trust me, it sounds worse than it actually is. Basically, you're the cruisers' worst nightmare as well as the ultimate battleship hunter.
