Seemingly standard AP build (this is my main Siegfried build). Been finding myself really enjoying Siegfried with this build. It has the firepower to take out 66-75% of a full health broadside BB while being able to maneuver fairly well for a big tub. Can go with Refill Station in lieu of Fully Packed but I find the extra heal and sonar invaluable. Like with most ships, don't overextend yourself and get caught having to give up broadside as you will definitely get punished.

Went with DPM tag but the reload isn't really that great.
