DescriptionMy usual V-25 build, Great ship can really stand up to anything at its tier and up to tier 3 with relative ease. Really Improves torp reload and smoke, but also quite all-round and sort of a brawler. You can use fragile threat instead of Look at me now but I personally think that it makes too little of a difference. Also Luigi Rizzo works to as a Reginald or Fulgosi replacement. Rizzo works best with Give me speed though.
