DescriptionThis build helps with improving repulses survivability by increasing the amount heals in battle from three to five. The inspirations help to improve the shell grouping and increase HE damage with the big seven perk. And lastly, to also decrease the amount of fires this ship will take in the tier. Best build is all about the hybrids of surviving fires, accurate shots, and survivability. Final note, I run running with scissors because I feel the British ships do wonders at close quarters with the short fuse AP. So with running with scissors increases my damage.
