DescriptionDON'T USE AL NELSON OR WILL TO REBUILD. cause it decreases the shell pen and the Heal duration and U NEED HEAL DURATION USE JUSTINIAN LYONS III. If u don't have AL hood then use Maddens and you must put on the heal third slot skill that I forgot the name of. Also If u want to spec into something else instead of Kondo i recommend either Maddens, Di Revel, Sims or Cunningham. I wouldn't recommend Jellicoe of Lev Galler they just wouldn't make a big enough difference.
