DescriptionSobrazitleny is a nasty little dd. This a torpedo boat through and through. The torps in this build are extremely fast, hard hitting, and a bit stealthier Ijn torps. This ship is a t4 bb's worst nightmare. For this build we will use Splendanto for his extra traverse, and his unique skill that protects us from being disabled. With our modules thus given a layer of protection, we can choose Rather be Torching for our legendary skill. Allowing us to more reliably get some permanent fires going after a successful flood. Gleaves inspiration will also add some much needed range to our torps.. This is also one of the only DD's I recommend taking g Main Battery Mod 2 on. Our traverse is painfully slow and if you need to switch sides it's better not having to wait til next month.
