DescriptionManeuverability, Speed and concealment W/ Mains Grouping and Dispersion Boosts. I call a boost anything that does something to improve your ship. Whether it is a reload time reduction or a speed increase it is helping. Therefor my builds will refer to all things that help improve your fighting and surviving and your ships highest ability to create damage and destruction to the enemy. I will rarely talk about negative impact to your ship unless it is an item modification and or Cmdr. Trait that has a possible negative to your ships ability’s and I will refer to that as a (NEGATIVE BOOST) or (NG) and this most like will be do to a something selected that has a tradeoff of some sort and this is when applied item or setting has a Boost for one thing and a (NEGATIVE BOOST) for another
