Descriptionwith this build you have 72s torpedo reload + eventually some extra buffs thanks to stand or fall; at 1 hp you can get 57s reload! Just like a freaking Kleber lol. You have 10km range (you can use torpedo safari to get 11.6km torps, it's up to you) on those torps, they travel quite fast and they're very stealthy with AL Atago as inspiration; you have 8 of them per side, with the option to single launch them lmao. Pair that with 4 (yes, 4!) long duration, short reload smoke screens (124s duration, 137s reload, thus just 10s of waiting time!) and 9.3km concealment, and you're going to absolutely wreak havoc... p.s.
