DescriptionThe idea of this build is to have low detectability and long-range tarps. You want to maximize your Torpedoes by using them as zoningtorps and cutting off openings that opposing ships made try to go through. You can also launch your torbs add an enemy ship, wait for your tarps to be in a good position, then open fire on the ship that you torped. Causing them to possibly show their broadside and for your torps to land. Overall, it's a pretty fun build that can be used on all the Japanese light Cruisers.
