DescriptionFirstly, while this build is about showing the best capabilities of the ship, you first have to understand, that it does need buffs, and this build doesn't really fixes the actual problems of this ship. Secondly, you will have to admire, that the only possible scenario for you to receive enjoyment and results from this ship is to have a Henry J. Hide, as he improves both main battery and secondary armament, and gives survivability. Otherwise, this ship is not worth it, and doesn't work as intended with any other commander. And finally, we should accept that this ship isn't meant for main battery performance only, this is not what the concept of it is, and should not be built such way. There are better ships for it. Talking about ammunition, AP is the main ammo type, and always has been. In consumables you use EST. In upgrades you have to ignore the 420 mm artillery, as it has negligible improvements and drastic reload time increase. In modifications everything can be seen common but not the MBM.3. Why is it in use, not the SBM.3? Because your main source of damage are main batteries, even though secondaries are standing out. The DPM increase for main batteries is very important, and you should not ignore it. This ship is not Prinz Rupprecht, whose secondaries are main source of damage. The final part are the commander's skills and inspirations. While everything is obvious, as you have to improve the secondaries, main battery dispersion and amount of repair party charges, first raw of skills can be discussed more, just like inspirations. The main rivalry comes between Flammable cannonier and Brawler. The only real reason we are taking Flammable cannonier is 5% shell grouping buff, because main battery range buff is not what we need for a close quarter fight and +13% risk of catching fire is disastrous. On the other hand, Brawler gives us what we can dream of, torpedo acquisition range and main battery DPM increase. If you do pick Brawler, it means that you will have take Andrew Cunningham as an inspiration. Talking about them, Franz von Hipper is the obvious king of secondary ships inspiration. If you didn't took Brawler after all of that, or don't want to use Cunningham as a second inspiration, you could really go with anything you want. Do you want a speed, better concealment, DPM, gun traverse speed or something else? Go with Emile Guepratte, Nobutake Kondo, Paolo di Revel or Mikhail Kedrov, I don't find it being a bad idea, everything will be helpful for this ship.
