DescriptionThis is a Hybrid build, leaning slightly more towards a Brawler build more than anything else. The poor reload time (33 seconds for 15 inch guns!) is balanced out with the Main Battery Mod 3 and the skill "Megalomania". To counter those perks (both of which have a negative side effect) I have got running with scissors (with helps with gun turn time), Mikhail Kedrov (who also helps with gun turn time), and William Sims (because with "Megalomania" you lose 5 percent of your HP). I didn't use the skill "Brawler" on this because I am lowering the reload time in other ways, and this ship has decent range; use it. In the game you can give Emile Guepratte the skill "Master Mechanic" which gives you 1-2 extra heals depending on what rank he is. I would usually put this in, but since it doesn't seem to exist on WoWs Builds. I have put "Emergency Specialist" instead. Please understand that I mean "Master Mechanic" for slot No. 4. The secondaries also receive some attention, although not nearly as much as I give to my Bismarck's secondaries (10.7 km range is what my Bismarck has at the monument but I believe it is possible to get that up to 11+ km range). Sorry I know this is quite a bit to read, but if you have read all of this you are amazing! =)
