DescriptionI love the Kuma to bits. I wish some 20th Navy would have carried on the concept of Torpedo cruisers just so that we could play a tier VII Torp Cruiser. I have had many carries and high damage battles in both the Kuma and the Tenryu. Using by the Book is just to add a little bit more survivability to the ship you can use Fully packed for the extra sonar though. Also I have thought of doing a stealth build using Swirski and Muller as insirations.
