DescriptionFirst and foremost I had no clue wether to call this a meme or torpedo build. But it works. No seriously, it works. 9km torp range. 11km gun range, 5.4km detectably. Yeah, you’re basically a sad akat. BUT AGAIN, hear me out. Stealth torps, reloading in a minute and seven seconds, 5 second reload on guns with decent HE and good AP. Seriously you can take small chunks out of BB superstructures, and chunk the crap out of heavy armored bows, and pen the crap out of softer battleships. Crusiers? If they’re showing broadside, and not looking for you, do it. You will be a thorn in the enemy’s side if you know this ship, oh, and all of this? Non legendary captain as of now. Imagine legendary rank 2. No, it would be so dirty.
