DescriptionThis build focuses more on Torpedo output with getting torps out every 60 seconds making the ship very deadly at T5 and the increase in speed helps with contesting caps. I use Sims and Bey as inspirations to increase health and reduce detectability to a usable level. You can still duel other DDs with smoke and sonar.
