DescriptionBasically it is played just like a torpedo boat, except you don't get a smoke screen. I prefer this build because you can get your speed up a lot (almost 59kts with battle booster, engine boost and maxed out commander). Also, your torpedoes reload in less than a minute, which doesn't leave that much time for the enemy to dodge all your salvos (you get 6 torps per side, so when they dodge one side, the other is already coming). Oh, and you get around 23 000 HP when you fully max out Sims.
