Descriptionthis build is based on the info extracted from the SEKRIT DOCUMENTS )))))) Vladivostok is the result of Soviet engineers asking themselves why don't they made a Sinop fatter and tankie, but in exchange of drunking the hell of the artillery crews with cheap vodka, making almost impossible to hit targets thanks to their dreadful accuracy. This is a 'sniper' build but in reality you will often shoot salvos at <16 km because of the vertical dispersion of the shells. Far shots will only make things worse (you are gonna get 0-3 impacts and the luckiest one will be a bounce or a citatel guided by Stalin himself) So the only thing you can do playing this floating citatel soaked with gasoline (yes, you will take a lot of fires from CLs and DDs) is to return fire with HE at safe distances (10-15km). You will notice that your targets will easily get at least 2 fires in 3 salvos because of the 41% chance of set things ablaze (and can be increased with Al Fusou to 44% if maxed) The main use of AP shells should be hitting broadside targets but you may actually miss some shots below the water or maybe ricochet. However, the damage of AP shells in this ship is nasty, so use it at your own risk. Also, if you get lucky, it can even dev strike or almost wipe someone out. Armor is pretty good. Especially angled at 20°- 40° from the stern to the enemy shells. Use it wisely and make sure not overangle so much to battleships. The ships you have to worry about the most are Yamato (she can overmatch your bow armor), CLs (turns out that they don't like BBs made out of logs and will vomit you with fire) and Conqueror (for the same reason, fires). Maneuverability in this ship is pretty decent but not the best, so you need to think and analyze where to go since the start of the match. Escorting weak ships or taking some shots near the action when covered with mountains would be solid options. AA is not the best, so carrying Fighters instead of Spotter and the Secondaries thingy is preferable. Yes, you can play this ship aggressively, but the thing is you may take a lot of damage, be hitten in the front turrets (they are made of glass) or be citatel'd from the other side of the map by opportunists. The Volunteer skill is optional. You can switch it up to Marksmanship. Both are goods, but I didn't see much difference between both and the +2 repair parties from the first one are pretty handy. If you don't have Scharnhorst, you can use Charles Madden or AL Fusou. The only reason I assigned her is because lower dispersion (MAX -4.0).
