Description8 shells with 16% fire chance each (55.4% per salvo counting fire resistance) every 4s. Guns reach out to 13.3km (epic flag slotted) with better ballistics than most cruisers. Also the ship doesn't have a citadel, but some 50mm plates here and there to help you survive during the battle, you can also use heals (recommended) and abuse Trub's base trait that decreses incoming damage; with propulsion mod then you have pretty much the best acceleration in the game besides RN DDs in order to juke very easily, but unlike those, you'll reach 44.3 knots with ease, and you also have 2 rapid cooldown engine boosts (128.3s). Used steering gears in the 3rd slot to mitigate the only weakness of the ship, garbage agility. But then again you play this thing like a light cruiser, so not a problem. Most people can't lead ships faster than 40knots, so usually you do not stop, but you rather keep going straight and steer a bit. Enemies have a dispersion debuff too, +8.5%. Torps: you do have these, but they are there as a deterrent for ships that may ambush you. Basically, this build gives you a ship virtually indestructible with also so much firepower that scares anything.
