DescriptionThis is the build I personally use. Honestly, the SAP secondaries on the Cavour have such short range they are almost completely worthless. This thing really shines when being able to sit back and pick people off. Having the extra tanky nature of having Littorio's base trait and Jellicoe bring that out to shine. Hopefully you can rack up the damage and make the Cavour shine.
