DescriptionAL Nelson is key to this build, her perks of Big 7 and Running with scissors at 16L3 will grant you a 34s turret traverse, a 20.4s reload, a 16.x second rudder shift, 5 heals and a 31% overall increase to your alpha, within 6km. 80mm of pen for HE is enough for T7 and LT with the debuff from big 7, means you wont landing citadels like you're used to aim for the upper belt and superstructure always. But the overall consistency of the damage will make up for it. Big 7, gives you 7300 HE alpha, Conqueror is 8500. Fire starting chance is middling with 35%, but that's not an issue when HE is your primary shell.
